Our tank-type water heater was leaking, but still working. We contacted three companies for a quote on replacing this unit with a tankless water heater. Our master bathroom is 50 ft away from the water heater location, and getting hot water for a shower always required a 5-minute wait. The tankless water heater solves this problem by recirculating the hot water supplying the Master Bath. During the inspection for the quote, Larry Carter questioned our current gas line’s capabilities of supplying the natural gas required for all appliances in the home. No other company included increasing the gas line, the tankless water heater could work properly. A second 1-inch gas line was installed to service the tankless water heater. The installation team, led by Zac Webb did an awesome job. The attention to detail and workmanship exceeded our expectations. Critter guards on the heater intake and exhaust are one example of their details. This three-person team completed the installation in one day. After 25 years, we now have hot water in seconds in the master bath. Cater Mechanical was not the low-cost supplier, but they provided a water system right for our needs and the product we wanted to install. The adage, “You get what you pay for”, applies to this purchase. Carter Mechanical is an outstanding company providing quality workmanship.

The process from start to finish that includes office staff and onsite crew was efficient, friendly and correctly executed. The onsite lead Andy kept me informed and educated throughout the entire project. Carter Mechanical was the correct choice for the task.

Couldn't be happier! We had an old boiler and water heater tank that was leaking CO2 into the house, and needed a fast replacement. Larry took the time to explain to us how everything worked in our home, and then went over a couple different options, and then his professional recommendation for replacement. He explained in detail why it was the best option for our home. Larry and his team were able to immediately accommodate our emergency. Within 24 hours they had everything ready to go, and had a great team come out and install the new tankless, combi Viessmann unit. They had the old equipment removed, and the new equipment installed in about a day and a half, leaving the room spotless when they left. The new tankless unit has freed up space, looks so much better, and is working perfectly. It is much more quiet and efficient! Couldn't be happier with the product, and more importantly, the service we got from Larry, Anna, and his team at Carter Mechanical!

My mother's furnace quite on her last Friday, we called Semco because we carry there furnace insurance. Semco sent out Carter Mechanical to check it out. Larry came in and gave an honest evaluation on the boiler. We decided it was time to upgrade her system. We discussed the cost and best options for her, and decided that Carter Mechanical would be completeling the job for her. Jeff and his crew came in on Tuesday and got to work, and within two days we had a beautiful new top of the line combo boiler. No more hot water tank. Pretty cool!!
