Do these guarantees apply to repairs or only new installs?
Most of the guarantees listed here apply to qualifying new system installations. For repairs, we’ll always stand behind our workmanship — and we’ll clearly explain coverage before work begins.
What does “within 3 degrees” mean for the performance guarantee?
It means your maintained indoor temperature should stay within 3 degrees of the thermostat setting under normal operating conditions, when the system is sized correctly and operated/maintained as recommended.
What happens if a major component fails?
For qualifying No Lemon coverage, we replace the entire furnace/boiler or the full AC condensing unit — not just the failed component — within 48 hours of diagnosis.
How do I request service under a guarantee?
